ST2018 - Miniature High Torque Stepper Motor- Nema 8
Where up to now only smallest DC motors could be used, the new miniature stepper motors open up entirely new, cost effective drive solutions because of their high output torque and rotational speeds of more than 3000 revs/min. Compared to DC-motors the ST2018 posses a very high torque even at low speeds, so that in many cases a gear is not needed, thus resulting in a considerably cheaper overall drive solution.
